Overview:  

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our IT service offerings in international markets. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, devising effective sales strategies, and leading a team to successfully execute these strategies. With a focus on relationship building and value creation, you will contribute to the overall success and profitability of our organization. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Understand and execute sales strategies devised by leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. 
  • Maintain updated reports and provide insightful information to leadership for informed decision-making. 
  • Enhance client solutions by adding value and demonstrating a deep understanding of technology benefits. 
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, utilizing various sales techniques such as consultative selling and relationship building. 
  • Spearhead new initiatives aimed at revenue growth and market expansion, taking ownership of their implementation and impact. 
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and agreements, maximizing customer value and revenue. 
  • Proactively engage in outbound activities such as cold calling and networking to generate new business opportunities. 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach efforts. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT service sales, preferably in an international context. 
  • Demonstrated track record of team management and successful sales leadership. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively. 
  • In-depth knowledge of technological solutions and their benefits. 
  • MBA with a focus on IT, or equivalent experience in the IT field. 
  • Proven ability to execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and achieve targets.
