Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team and achieving organizational growth objectives. You will lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. With your expertise in IT service sales and international markets, you will formulate strategic sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate favorable deals to maximize revenue and market expansion. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team consisting of three individuals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance their performance and achieve targets. 
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment conducive to success. 
  • Formulate comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends, leveraging market data, customer insights, and competition analysis. 
  • Gain a deep understanding of the complete sales cycle, implementing various sales techniques to successfully close deals and maximize revenue. 
  • Identify and spearhead new initiatives contributing to revenue growth and market expansion, taking ownership of their successful implementation and impact. 
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and agreements, while effectively cross-selling and upselling services to maximize customer value. 
  • Proactively engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups to generate new business opportunities. 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through targeted outreach efforts. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT service sales, with a track record of success in international sales and team management. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, can effectively convey complex technical concepts. 
  • Experience with exhibitions and event handling is a plus. 
  • In-depth knowledge of technological solutions and their benefits. 
  • MBA with a focus on IT or equivalent experience in the IT field. 
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, driving performance and achieving targets.
