Khaleej Times Covers UAE’s First In-Store Robotic Advertising Network

Khaleej Times has reported on the launch of the UAE’s first in-store robotic advertising network, developed around Odigo, the AI-powered advertising robot engineered by Kody Technolab Limited. 

Launched through Kody Middle East Holding in partnership with LuLu Retail, the network features 62 AI-enabled Odigo robots across 30 LuLu stores in the UAE. The deployment introduces a mobile retail media channel that brings brand communication closer to shoppers at the point of purchase. 

Odigo Brings Advertising Into Motion 

Unlike fixed advertising screens, Odigo moves autonomously through retail environments, helping shoppers navigate stores, locate products, and discover promotions while delivering advertising content.

The platform supports real-time campaign updates and location-specific content, giving brands, agencies, and media buyers greater flexibility in reaching shoppers across participating stores. By combining autonomous robotics, digital advertising, and shopper assistance, Odigo introduces a new approach to retail media within physical shopping environments.

The LuLu Retail partnership demonstrates how Kody Technolab’s robotics technology can support commercial applications beyond traditional automation. Through Odigo, the company brings autonomous mobility and interactive digital communication together in a platform designed for retail environments.
